WRC’s Comment on on Proposed Rulemaking on the Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule
PublishedThe Women’s Refugee Commission (WRC) submitted this individual comment in response to the notice of proposed rulemaking from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) titled “Unaccompanied Children Program Foundational Rule.” WRC offers concerns related to licensing requirements for shelters and foster care programs under the new rule, and support for several provisions, including those related to reproductive care for unaccompanied youth.
