Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies Minimum Standards for Education in Emergencies, Chronic Crises and Early Reconstruction: Darfur Case Study

With the support of an anonymous donor, the Women’s Refugee Commission (WRC) conducted research and advocacy for immediate implementation of the e Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Minimum Standards in the Darfur region of Sudan, where education for children and youth is in crisis. This project aims to improve the protection and well-being of children and youth in the immediate emergency, as well as provide essential data for INEE—and WRC—to facilitate dissemination, awareness and use of the standards, and contribute to its ongoing revision and improvement.
