With the United States government exploring the use of reception centers to process migrants at the US-Mexico border, the Women’s Refugee Commission (WRC) examines asylum processing in Europe to identify crucial lessons for US policymakers considering the introduction of European-style reception centers in the distinct regional context of the Western Hemisphere.
