Futures On Hold: How War and Displacement Are Impacting Young Sudanese Women
PublishedThe Women’s Refugee Commission, Global Refugee Youth Network, and Hopes and Actions Foundation proudly launch a new report, “Futures on Hold: How War and Displacement Are Impacting Young Sudanese Women.”
The report is based on interviews with 20 young Sudanese women displaced to camps and urban centers in Chad, Egypt, Uganda, and the West Kordofan region of Sudan. The report captures the diverse experiences of young Sudanese women trying to access healthcare, education, and safe livelihoods in displacement.
