The Women’s Refugee Commission joined more than 400 immigrant, human rights, faith-based, and civil rights organizations in a letter urging the Biden administration to extend and redesignate Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). In addition, the letter calls for increased legal pathways that will help Haitians to safely and legally seek protection in the United States.
