Liv Ullmann
Liv Ullmann is co-founder of the Women’s Refugee Commission and remains a passionate advocate for the rights of women, children and adolescent refugees worldwide. She is also Vice Chair, International, of the International Rescue Committee. Ms. Ullmann was born in Japan to Norwegian parents but spent most of her childhood in Norway. Her portrayal of a mute actress in Ingmar Bergman’s 1966 movie "Persona" brought her to the world’s attention. Her collaboration with Bergman lasted for more than a decade and she received two “Best Actress” Oscar nominations for her roles in the films "Face to Face" and "Choices." More recently she has moved to the other side of the camera to a successful directing career. Her movie "Faithless" received international acclaim and was a contender for the Golden Palm at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival. She is currently working on the play "A Streetcar Named Desire," directing a cast that features Cate Blanchett. The play will run in Sydney, at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, and at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in December 2009.

Glenda Burkhart is a skilled professional in the area of large-scale organizational change. She has experience as a senior corporate executive, a senior executive in a non-profit organization and consulting at the highest levels. Ms. Burkhart was the Senior Vice President for Readers’ Digest Association, where she ran Human Resources and Strategic Planning; Corporate Vice President for Millipore Corporation, where she ran Human Resources, Strategic Planning, and Corporate Marketing; Director of Organizational Development for Exxon Chemical, as well as numerous other executive marketing and planning positions. She was the Vice President of Planning and Operations for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations and planning. In these roles, she was responsible for development and execution of integrated restructuring plans and programs.
Ms. Burkhart’s background in consulting includes Bain and Company, and currently she works as an independent consultant. Her recent consulting experience includes the restructuring of British Airways North America Sales and Marketing; the restructuring of the Human Capital organization at the NY City Department of Education; integrating the worldwide information technology organizations of Exxon and Mobil; and, the US-wide roll-out and subsequent effort to affect policy from the research of William G. Bowen and Derek Bok regarding race-sensitive admissions policies in colleges and universities, The Shape of the River, Long-Term Consequences of Considering Race in College and University Admissions. She has extensive international experience.
She co-chairs the Board of Directors for the Women’s Refugee Commission. She chairs the Board of Directors for the Northwest Connecticut Center for Family Service and Mental Health, sits on the boards of EMERITI Retirement Health Solutions, and Dexter Hospitality and is on the Board of Overseers for the International Rescue Committee.
Ms. Burkhart earned Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Missouri.

Dina Dublon is a director of Accenture, Microsoft and PepsiCo. She is a trustee of Carnegie Mellon University and a board member of the the Women's Refugee Commission and the Global Fund for Women.
Ms. Dublon was, until December 2004, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for JPMorgan Chase, the U.S.-based banking company with $1.2 trillion in assets and operations in 50 countries. She joined the company as a trainee on the trading floor in 1981 and over her career there was integral to the negotiation and integration of the mergers of Chemical Bank with Manufacturers Hanover, Chase, JPMorgan and Bank One.
She was on the Fortune list of the 50 most powerful women in business for several years and has been honored by many organizations as a “Woman Who Makes A Difference.” She is an active advocate for women’s issues ranging from professional women to issues facing refugee women.
Ms. Dublon holds a Bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master's degree from the business school at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to joining Chemical Bank, Ms. Dublon worked for the Harvard Business School and previously at Bank Hapoalim in Israel.
