Martha Gallo is the General Auditor for JPMorgan Chase, a global financial services firm with assets of $2.2 trillion and operations in more than 60 countries. The firm is a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing, asset management and private equity. Martha is responsible for the firm’s internal audit and credit review functions.
Martha has worked for JPMorgan Chase for 30 years and has held numerous leadership positions across the firm, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Global Finance, COO of Credit Risk, Co-Head of Technology, and CFO/
Martha is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Over the years she has served on a number of other firm-wide committees, including Risk Management, Technology, and the Corporate Diversity Council. From 2008 to 2010, she was co-chair of Upwardly Global, an organization that helps highly educated New Americans find employment in their area of professional expertise. Martha continues to serve on this board.
