Kiki Ramos Gindler

Ms. Gindler currently serves on the Board of Directors of Center Theatre Group, the Board of Trustees of the National Council for American Theatre, the Board of Overseers of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and is a past trustee of the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts. She also has served the City of Los Angeles as a member of multiple historic preservation and community outreach boards.

After receiving a J.D. from Harvard Law School, Ms. Gindler practiced corporate law with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, where she specialized in acquisitions, joint ventures, finance and intellectual property, and has held executive positions in the legal and business affairs departments of Columbia Pictures and Rysher Entertainment. In recognition of her work to help establish low income housing for women and children, Ms. Gindler has received the State Bar of California Wiley W. Manuel Pro Bono Services Award.
