Linda Verba is Executive Vice President, Store Operations and Service Programs, Retail Bank, U.S., TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, the country's most dynamic and innovative financial services retailer.

Linda leads the strategic growth of TD retail operations, and shepherded the expansion to more than 1300+ store locations from 75. She has overseen the front lines of the company's retail stores, which stretch fifteen states Maine to Florida.

Recognized for her respected followership, Linda's leadership, expertise and dedication have guided a unique corporate culture of innovation and service, the foundation of which is a company-wide dedication and personal passion of each team member to deliver a legendary customer service experience.

An innovator and strategic leader with experience in retail management, sales/marketing, and human resources, Linda leverages her operating, innovative, visionary, and motivational capability to create and reinforce a vibrant and innovative workplace culture and team, preserving and advancing the TD Bank brand, growing the company's operations and leadership position. She has innovated groundbreaking customer service philosophies that focus on customer needs and services known internally as 'the voice of the customer', and developed service and product innovations never seen before in the banking industry.

Linda is a champion of women, Chair of TD Women in Leadership, WIL, and leads the Senior Women Leaders Community.

Linda was recognized among the 25 'Most Powerful Women in Banking' and ‘Women to Watch’, 2011, 2010, 2009 Annual Ranking, U.S. Banker's Most Powerful Women. She was recognized by BAI as a finalist for the 2011 ‘Maverick Banker of the Year’, and was named '2010 Women of the Year', National Association of Professional Women, New Jersey.

Linda serves on the Board of Women's Refugee Commission, WRC, a non-profit advocating for laws, policies and programs to improve the lives and protect the rights of refugee women and children, bringing about lasting, measurable change. She is a Member of the Senior Women Leaders Advisory Board of VisionSpring, a social enterprise that empowers women to launch their own business selling affordable eyeglasses in developing countries.
