    Analisa Allen is a managing director and Chief Information Officer for the Chase Consumer and Community Banking Data and Analytics Platforms at JPMorgan Chase.  In this capacity, Analisa leads the platforms which house all of the customer data within Chase.  Prior to this role, Analisa was the CIO of Home Lending, which develops products to help customers purchase, refinance and service home loans.  In this role, Analisa established an online digital platform, which is cloud enabled, and reduced the loan data footprint by combining home equity and mortgage products.

    Analisa is currently the sponsor of Tech Emerging Leaders Program (TELP) which grows senior female technical leaders.  She is also co-sponsor of Take IT Forward (TIF) for New York, which focuses on career growth of female VP’s.  Analisa also serves on the CCB Diversity and Inclusion council.

    Analisa joined JPMorgan Chase in 2015 after twenty years with Goldman Sachs. As a developer on the Fixed Income trading floor, she delivered the first trade entry and middle office transaction processing engines. Analisa then managed Futures Operations, Loan Processing, and Derivative Operations Technology.  Analisa piloted expansion into India and developed the first Operations Risk analytics platform.

    Analisa has served on the board of Girl Scouts (Heart of Hudson) and on the technology advisory boards for Girls on the Run and Girls, Inc.

    Analisa holds a B.A. from Barnard College and lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
