Ms. Hack is a member of the New York bar whose practice has focused on human resources, employment law, and strategic organizational planning. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a B.A. in Political Science and received her J.D. from Temple University. She is currently the owner of Caton Advisors, a consulting firm which provides services on a wide range of Human Resources issues. Previously, she worked as Vice President of Employee Relations for the Americas at American Express and was Global Head of Employee Relations at J. P. Morgan Chase & Co., and the D.E. Shaw Group. Among other professional and volunteer activities, Ms. Hack has served on the boards of Marymount Manhattan College, the Cornelia Connelly Center, the Women's Prison Education Partnership, and Keen Theatre Company.  Ms. Hack is based in New York City.
