Alison manages the Training Partnership Initiative (TPI) of the Inter-Agency Working Group (IAWG) on Reproductive Health in Crises. She works in collaboration with IAWG partners to support the development of regional, national and local capacity to effectively coordinate and deliver quality trainings on sexual and reproductive health services from the onset of a crisis response. In addition, she provides general support to the IAWG and serves on its Maternal and Newborn Health, Logistics and Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for Reproductive Health Sub-Working Groups. She has been with the IAWG since 2016. 

Alison received her Master of Public Health and Master of Public Administration in international health policy and management from New York University, and holds a Bachelor’s in comparative literature, French, and history from Oberlin College. She is based at the Women's Refugee Commission's New York office, which currently hosts the IAWG secretariat.
