Addressing Global Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Service Gaps

Although there has been great progress over the past 30 years in providing lifesaving sexual and reproductive health care in crisis-affected settings, there are still significant gaps. The Women’s Refugee Commission works to define and address these gaps, including the provision of sexual and reproductive health services from the onset of an emergency through recovery; access to contraception and family planning for refugees; ensuring adequate reproductive health care supplies are in place and accessible; and providing sexual and reproductive health care for adolescents.
